Auto industry help

***Does the auto industry deserve a bailout?
If we can give away $500 million to AIG executive bonuses I think we can help the auto industry. I have lamented so many manufacturing jobs have gone over seas as the end result is we deplete our economy. We need jobs.
Remember when Iacocca took $1 when Chrysler was helped out? That money did not benefit the CEO but the workers and the U.S. Maybe save some workers their homes.
The lack of oversite and the way the Treasury Dept under this current administration has changed the intent of the law set down by Congress needs to be investigated. I have no idea why the Democrats had not gone for impeachment. It might have at least staved off some of these arrogant, unlawful, unchecked actions by this administration.

Really? I have to vent yet I think how lucky I am to have so many friends who care about me. I think it's time for a nap with the TV on some football game I don't care about just for white noise in the back ground. Not wanting to diss any NFL fans but you only get to watch two or three games on free or cable TV. I can't pay extra but I can watch many NCAA (college) football games that are fun. Watch Iowa win, Michigan lose, Stanford trying, etc. anyway I did need to relax yesterday and there were plenty of games I enjoyed.

Bananas are the new thing in Japan. I feel so much better when I have a banana a day. Good source of potassium. Also we are pulling the last apples off the pink lady and pippen trees. Last cherry tomatoes too. The cherry tomatoes have gotten really tastier as the season ends.
